This industry project considering improvements in these areas:
- OEM equipment design e.g. separation of flammable liquid systems from heat sources.
- Routine maintenance practices including hot work.
- Coordination of fire detection and suppression systems design and installation between OEM and third-party suppliers.
- Maintenance of fire suppression systems after installation noting that this can be a challenging issue for remote operations.
